3 Min Handstand Challenge!

Hey handstand lovers,

The challenge:  Be able to hold a 3 minutes hold (against the wall) with- in 30 days from today. 

You are welcome to train on your own, or email Shira (shira@tapgym.com) and she will send you a training program that we are all doing (it takes less than 8 min a day to do it). 

If you can do already 3 min hold against the wall, then you will be working toward being able to balance for 3 min. Let us know if you have any questions.
